Based in San Bernardino. Most of our residential work is within about 30 miles of the yard, and for commercial and public work we travel across Southern California.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. M&M Concrete Inc. holds a California C-8 concrete contractor license, CSLB #1141877, and is registered with the DIR (#2000016629) for prevailing-wage public work. We carry $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate general liability plus a $2M umbrella, and we can add your project as additional insured before we start. You can check the license yourself on the CSLB website.
How fast can you start?
Small machine jobs like a driveway tear-out, a trench or a backyard grade can usually go within the week. Foundations and larger pours are scheduled around inspections and concrete delivery, typically one to three weeks out. Call or text (909) 682-8515 and we will give you a real date, not a guess.
Do you work for general contractors and property managers?
Yes, that is a large part of our work. We carry $1M/$2M general liability plus a $2M umbrella, add you as additional insured, run certified payroll on prevailing-wage jobs and show up when the schedule says. Send plans to estimating@mmconcrete.co for a bid.
Can you get into a tight backyard without taking down my fence?
Usually, yes. Our Kubota SCL1000 mini track loader fits through a standard 3 ft 6 in or 4 ft gate, and our Kubota U17 mini excavator is sized for the same tight side yards. Tell us the narrowest point on the path in and we will tell you upfront what it takes: sometimes nothing, sometimes a fence panel comes out for a day, sometimes a section of block wall has to be cut and rebuilt. We lay out the options and what each one costs, and you decide.
Do you haul the debris away, or do I need a dumpster?
We haul it. We run our own trucks and dump trailers, so concrete, asphalt, block, dirt and brush leave with us as part of the job. You do not order a dumpster and you do not pay a second company. Clean concrete goes to a recycler rather than the landfill wherever the facility takes it.
What areas do you cover?
We are based in San Bernardino and work daily in Fontana, Rialto, Colton, Highland, Redlands, Loma Linda, Yucaipa, Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, Upland, Bloomington, Grand Terrace, Riverside, Moreno Valley, Corona, Chino, Beaumont, Victorville and Hesperia. For commercial projects we travel to Orange, Los Angeles and San Diego counties.
